Headshot Sunday: Marissa (before and after retouching)

So I have been lacking motivation lately and I thought this would be a good way to get me back in a zone. I want to post a nice head-shot portrait each Sunday. Today I am starting with Marissa. This was a fun shoot and I had a great time doing the retouching afterwards. There are a lot of conflicting views regarding the ethics of retouching. But in this case, the model wanted it done. If I were working for a newspaper or something to that effect, retouching would be out of the questions.
